Guate Café harvests 100% Arabica coffee beans at a family-owned and operated farm in Agua Dulce, Huehuetenango, Guatemala. Tucked between soaring mountains and lush greenery, the rural village is known for producing coffee beans with a mild sweetness and hints of cocoa, nut and cinnamon spice due to its high altitude of 6,000 feet. Each coffee bean is hand-plucked, freshly-rinsed and sun-dried at the family farm before being transported to Guate Cafe's headquarters in Vancouver, Washington for slow roasting.
